Mission Accomplished: Q3 Goals Met
As we officially close the books on the third quarter of 2025, I'm proud to announce that we are right on schedule. The primary goal for Q3 was the completion of our initial suite of arcade games, and we have successfully met that objective. The versions of the games currently live in the Arcade are now feature-complete and functioning as intended. This marks a significant milestone and lays the foundation for the next exciting phase of development.
Entering Q4: The Smart Contract Phase
With the core game development behind us, we are now transitioning into Q4, where our primary focus will be the development and integration of the Play-to-Earn (P2E) smart contracts. This is where the real magic happens, as we begin to build the on-chain infrastructure that will power our gaming economy.
We will be developing these contracts on a per-game basis, starting with Invaders. In the spirit of absolute transparency, we will be sharing the smart contracts publicly as they are developed. This will allow our community and any interested parties to verify, scrutinize, and audit the code themselves, ensuring that our P2E mechanics are fair, secure, and robust.
Building in the Shadows, Delivering in the Light
A successful project is always growing, always evolving. While we are committed to our public roadmap, there are many other initiatives we are working on behind the scenes. We deliberately keep some developments under wraps for two key reasons: first, to protect our innovative ideas from being duplicated, and second, to avoid making promises we may not be able to keep. Our strategy is to under-promise and over-deliver.
You can expect many surprises along the way—new features and tools designed to accelerate our growth, like the recent launch of $ALEIN Speak. We are incredibly excited about what Q4 holds. The upcoming launch of P2E in November, followed by the beta release of the $ALEIN Wallet and Staking in December, will be transformative for the protocol. The foundation is built. Now, the ascension truly begins.
